The Clerk also offers E-Certify services for qualifying court documents. When another court, agency or institution requires an official record, order the appropriate certified version rather than relying only on a browser copy.
Request Pasco Sheriff’s Office Public Records
A significant local change took effect in September 2026: the Pasco Sheriff’s Office moved new public-record requests to the JustFOIA system. Requests submitted through the former GovQA system before the change can still be tracked there.
- Use the JustFOIA link for a new request submitted on or after September 7, 2026.
- Describe the record as narrowly as possible.
- Add a report number when you have one.
- Include the incident date, location and involved names.

Body-worn camera requests have additional restrictions
PSO explains that body-worn-camera recordings taken in certain locations may be confidential or exempt under Florida law. A requester who qualifies for an exception may need to submit the Sheriff’s BWC waiver form.

The Pasco County Property Appraiser is the official source for parcel identification, owner display, assessed value, exemptions and other appraisal-related information.

The Florida Department of Health in Pasco County provides local certificate-ordering information for birth and death records. Florida Health also handles statewide marriage and divorce certificate records for qualifying date ranges.
