Public-Record.org does not sell personal information to third parties as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We do not exchange personal data for monetary or other valuable consideration.

Do Not Track (DNT) Signals

Some web browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals to websites. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. At this time, our website does not respond differently to DNT signals, but we respect your right to control tracking through browser cookie settings and analytics opt-out tools as described in Section 4.
